What counts as an API request?
Each image submitted to our API counts as one request, regardless of how many vehicles are detected in the image. Failed requests (4xx/5xx errors) are not counted against your quota.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused requests do not roll over.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
You can enable overage billing at $0.007 per additional request on Starter, $0.005 on Professional, and $0.004 on Enterprise plans. Or we can auto-upgrade you to the next tier.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing saves you 2 months (17% discount). Contact our sales team for annual pricing on Professional and Enterprise plans.
What regions are supported?
Our vehicle recognition covers makes and models sold in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific markets. License plate recognition supports 50+ countries worldwide.
